Ludwigs ride part 1

Just got these over from Ludwig of the severed alliance proto very loosely built up. The rest of the stuff will be arriving with him tomorrow so will post some more then of it finished.

After building it Ludwig is off to Hamburg with some guys from the german scene like Till Overwien-Identiti, Halo, Gusset, Hendrik Tafel-Last,Giro,Fox and Martin Kiesewetter-Eastern, Suntour, Kali, to ride in the i punk skatehall

In 2010 the alliance will be distributed by a very good friend of mine in Singapore by Zola, they are a 100% rider owned and run distribution company who also distribute Mutant bikes, BSD and possibly the most trickest parts i have seen in a while, Bluesix.

Severed alliance bars

Ok, so after bending so many bars along the way we have decided to have a go at them ourselves. Below is our first drawing of the protoype 3.25" rise, but we will be knocking up various rises. Keep you posted on the development.

Matt Gillespie is the main man behind Unit 13 and a guy who i consider a very good friend Matt will now be Our main bmx rider and is mainly Based at Unit 13 Skate Park, Matt has done an amazing job for the whole riding scene over there and much respect is owed to him for all he has done. Keep up the good work dude!

next gen proto frame built up

Got the frame built up and the whole bike tips the scales at 20.5lb/9.3kg!!!!!

Now the hubs are fairly hefty with steel bolts and there is no ti or anything on the bike, so if i change to 25/9 and used some lighter hubs i reckon i could get it under 20lb/9kg no problem.
